Apologetic haiku:
Work became too much
I had to let something drop
Sadly, it was this
I come bearing photographs, though not of knitting. What I’ve been doing instead:
Covering Things in Chocolate

Wrestling with Snow (I suppose that IS a hand-knitted scarf…)

Surprise coming soon!
That chocolate looks goooood. Mmm.
And the snow piles look like fun, but I sure am ready for spring.
I just saw Spring Knitty, and oh my god I love your pattern! It is so lovely and so evocative! Thank you for sharing it!
::off to queue it in Rav::
I’m here via Knitty, and just wanted to tell that I let out an audible gasp when I saw Shipwreck. I’m not much of a lace knitter, but I must make it! I never wanted to dye my own yarn, and I think I will have to for it as well. It’s just beautiful, thank you so much for the pattern!
Me too, from Knitty. Lovely shawl, will have to list it in my Rav. que, its beautiful.
Ah, me too-! Your Shipwreck is the most lovely thing
I’ve seen this year. Thank you for making it and sharing the pattern with the world.
Thanks for the snow pix, too! I’m an ex-Northerner
and I *miss* it (but not enough to go back and live
there —!)
I just saw the spring Knitty and had to stop by to compliment you on not only a wonderful shawl, but absolutely gorgeous photography! I can’t help but gush, it is breathtakingly beautiful. Congratulations and thank you!
